I have yet to hire these guys. The nicest man came to estimate and check out the scope of my project. He was super informative and recommended things that only a pro would know; they seemed so logical. The other electricians I had out to estimate didn't take the extra (caring) step like the Luellens. The other electricians weren't too busy to get my estimate back right away, but the Luellens have taken a little bit longer; I guess they aren't sitting around all day. I hear that the service is worth the wait... anticipation is makin' me wait.
