8:00 am on a Friday morning and there is NO breakfast food in the warmer and they are NOT making any more when asked. They said they were short staffed with 1 register person and 3 people in the kitchen not doing a thing.
My biggest complaint with this location is the rudeness of the guys who take pizza orders. They will sigh loudly and act like your a huge inconvenience on the phone. This should never be an issue. Because of this I haven't ordered a pizza from there in many months. Too bad.
Also, don't offer cash back as an option if you are not going to allow anyone to take it. It all boils down to laziness. You don't want to have to go to the bank to get more bills if the customers get cash back. You don't want to have to make more food when it gets bought out. You don't want to do inventory and buy more items ahead of time before you run out weekly.
Absolutely worst casey's and worst work ethic I have ever seen.
Everyone is awesome here, other than the two older ladies that deal with food, and kelly the manager that thinks it's okay for people to prepare food with their bare dirty hands. They Never wear gloves! Just in this morning after I joked last week about it, and both not wearing gloves still! Couldn't eat breakfast there this morning! Patty, and an older lady with glasses that's their every Saturday morning! It's terrible they shouldn't have jobs. I'll be calling corporate.
UPDATE- laziest employees ever. 8am and all the breakfast was gone, when I asked if anything was going to be coming out soon they said nope and gave me a string of excuses while there were three ladies in the kitchen. 8am, 3 lazy women acting busy and nothing in the oven. This is the most pathetic worthless Casey's I have ever been to.
If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I think the owner of the store does not know what is going on at this location.
Nice people some strange behavior. Employees short abrupt comments, friendly enter & exit, clean well stocked shelves & nice
They run out of camel menthol crush cigarettes every friday, you would think by now they would order more ahead of time. this has been happening every week for a couple months now. Terrible management.
Very pleasant. The lady making my sandwich was very kind and i enjoyed our conversation. Will be a repeat customer when I'm in town. The sandwich was very good, too.
I feel like the owner of the store must not know what is happening and if they do, than this is just really terrible management.
